We have sent out a new yellow letter campaign to the NOD list and will be mailing daily to be the first letter the Owner gets. We are using ForeclosureRadar.com for the list. They supply all counties in CA for the same fee. Besides the list they offer the foreclosures in map format and as well as deal analysis software. Exports to Microsoft Excel. I added a few new twists to the yellow letter. We will know this week if calls increase.

We will be researching properties on the REDC auction list that will be held Jan 26. This Saturday Jan 12 and next weekend Jan 19 and 20 will be open houses on those properties. Bruce Norris looked inside 60 houses to buy at the last auction he attended in the Riverside County area.

-- Poway Townhouse -- We installed new maple flooring in our 2 bedroom townhouse. The baths and kitchen were already ceramic tile. Future Plans

We will also begin researching REO properties. We need to see what is in North County area and what the conditions are like inside. I am sure I have seen worse in Detroit.
