We have seen many REO’s in North County over the last few weeks. We are looking into some hard money loans to fund the purchase.

Chief Denny and Dave Stech are doing their 1 day seminar on Friday about Go Zone Investment and large REO Bulk packages. It will be held at UCSD if anyone is interested in going.

-- Michigan Rehab -- We took out the cabinet that was above the counter and hung one just on the wall. That opened up the kitchen. We made a wide counter overhang so you could sit at the counter with bar stools. The top was done with 12” granite squares. These are cheap and give the beauty and durability of granite without the expense of solid .
